Besides water you can drink black coffee as long as it is without sweeteners. Currently both herbal and fruit teas are a subject to a debate whether or not they break a fasting diet. Until broader research is performed and published, we best advise that you steer clear of teas, just to be on the safe side. As a general rule we advise avoiding drinks that contain sugars and/or are above 50 calories. While you are not fasting, however, the diet is not restrictive to anything in particular, aside from alcohol drinks.
